This policy applies to the APK Surge tokens and subscriptions sold by Yourseoboard LLC on apksurge.com. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Packs, subscriptions and prices
Tokens are sold as one-time packs and as monthly or yearly subscriptions. Current packs, plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes such as VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country and status.
2. Payment
Each pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews or is charged automatically for a pack.
A subscription is paid in advance for its period (a month or a year) and renews automatically at the end of each period, charging the card on file the price of the plan, until you cancel it. A yearly subscription costs ten monthly payments. Subscriptions are paid by card only.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's pages and are never stored by us. Crypto payments (packs only) go through our own payment gateway and are prepaid.
An invoice is sent to your email after each card payment; invoices are also available under "Subscription & invoices" in your account.
3. Tokens
Every account receives free monthly tokens, renewed on the 1st day of each month (00:00 UTC). A subscription gives the monthly tokens of its plan instead, renewed every month on the day and time the subscription was started, for monthly and yearly subscriptions alike. Unused monthly tokens do not roll over. Purchased pack tokens do not expire and are used after the monthly tokens. Tokens are not exchangeable for money. Tokens charged for a request that failed on our side are returned automatically.
4. Limits, changes and cancellation
Your first pack purchase raises the rate limit and the number of API keys and opens the data on available developer domains, as described on the pricing page. These limits stay after your tokens are spent. A subscription gives the same limits while it is active.
You can change or cancel a subscription at any time in your account ("Subscription & invoices"). A change of plan takes effect at once and the price difference is prorated by Stripe. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid and is not renewed; afterwards the account keeps the limits of its pack purchases, if any, or returns to the free plan.
5. Refunds
A pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of its tokens have been used. After that, or once tokens have been used, payments are generally not refundable, except where required by law.
The first payment of a subscription can be refunded within 14 days if none of its monthly tokens have been used. Renewal payments are not refunded, except where required by law; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. If you asked us to start providing the tokens immediately, you will receive a refund reduced in proportion to the tokens already used.
If the Service was materially unavailable through our fault, write to [email protected] and we will refund or compensate you.
Refund requests: [email protected], with the email of your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunded tokens are removed from your balance.
6. Price changes
We may change prices of packs and plans at any time. New pack prices apply to future purchases; tokens you have already bought are not affected. A new subscription price applies from your next renewal after we have told you by email at least 14 days in advance; you may cancel before it takes effect.
